Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. First-time withdrawals may take a little longer if KYC verification is pending. During peak periods, processing can take up to 24 hours.

The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day. For withdrawals, the minimum is ৳500 and the daily maximum is ৳2,00,000. Separate limits apply for USDT.
